Josh Murphy - Founder + Ministry Lead
Josh has a passion for young adults in the Greater Seattle Region and believes communities and lives can be changed through a move of Spirit-filled young adults breathing new life into the local Church.
Ben Reed - Video Team + Web Developer
Ben loves using his creative talents to serve in his local church at The Grove Marysville and this ministry. Photography, video, editing, and web design, are some of the projects he oversees.
Andrew Stephens - Worship Director
Andrew loves serving local churches and ministries with his musical gifts. He is currently studying worship and music production at Northwest University in Kirkland as he leads people to God through authentic worship!
Group Hosts +Leaders
Austin Dickinson - Host + Leader
Austin hosts and leads our Maple Valley group. He is the Young Adults Director at New Life Church Maple Valley and has a passion for others to find community in Christ. Austin enjoys serving young adults and loving others as Christ first loved him!
Bob + Ginger Reitz - Group Host
Bob and Ginger host our Smokey Point group! They enjoy spending time with friends and family, and they love to open up their home to host dinners and events. When you attend the Smokey Point group at their house, make sure to come hungry!

Social Media Manager
We see social media as a tool to grow as a ministry and further our reach of spreading the Gospel. If you are someone with a passion or talent for social media we have plenty of opportunities for you to exercise and grow your skills!
Graphic Designer
From social media to lesson graphics, we have a large need for someone with a passion and talent in graphic design to help us across multiple areas of our ministry.
Videographer | Editor
We constantly are using video as a form of communication. Short-form content, long-form video podcasts, and larger-scale film projects are just some of the ways we use video in our ministry.
Musician
One of our main events is multi-church worship nights. As we continue to grow and partner with local churches we have a need for young adult worship leaders and musicians to join the team!
Group Leader
The heart of our ministry is young adult life groups and our vision is to plant them all throughout the Pacific Northwest. If you have a passion or calling to lead a small group we would love to get in contact with you!
Group Host
If you are someone who loves to open up their home, host people over for dinners, or love seeing the Holy Spirit move through people right in your living room we would love for you to reach out to us and consider hosting an OSAL group!
